Email Us

To initiate the refund process, send us a message here within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your item. Provide the below information in your message to us:

1.  Subject: Refund Request for Order Number {#9999}
2.  Affected item: {Name of item, quantity}
3.  Reason for refund: {Expired, defective, damaged etc.}
4.  Preferred refund method: {Store credit, bank transfer, refund via iPay88} 
5.  Attachment: {If any}

Refunds 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have responded to your message, we will initiate the refund process based on your preferred refund method within 7 business days. For transaction via iPay88, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on iPay88's, or your bank's or card issuer's policies, whichever applicable.

Replacements and Exchanges

At the moment, we do not allow for any replacements or exchanges due to logistical and safety reasons.
